V.SURYA PRABHA, Director The main objectives of the Company as enunciated in the Memorandum of Association are to develop the barren lands with all the infrastructure facilities to afford house construction of its prospective customers. The Company is certified by ISO vide ISO 9001:2000 with a broad vision and profound mission to transform the barren lands in to beautiful colonial paradise. To begin with the Company has taken up four Mega Ventures namely : 1. SAHAMSHABAD AIRPORT RESIDENCY I & II 2. SAHAMSHABAD AIRPORT MEADOWS I & II The above Ventures are located at a distance of 40 km from the Head Office and 17 km from SAHAMSHABAD on J.P. Dargha Road.

- Mr. V. Vasudeva Rao was a Mathematician by training, a teacher by profession and eventually emerged as an Ethical Businessman by conviction. An insight into the strides taken by him in his career provides the source of his success, his base to research the threshold of an organization as its owner and his way of making himself ethical. He stepped into the spectrum of business as an executive in marketing. Sooner the exposure to Consumer and organizational Behaviors ignited the spark of businessman in him. Then he entered the Real Estate business as an agent and in due course climbed the career ladder holding positions of an administration manager, a land procurer, a team motivator and an AGM. He has been in real estate business for more than a decade and trained not less the 2000 young executives by motivating them with edifying and encouraging lectures. With his loyalty, integrity and administration skills he continued in Real Estate company for a period of 14 years at a stretch without switching over to any other.
